services for a variety of companies.
As an extension
of Caleris’ Customer Support Centers, we offer Back
Office Processing services including Order Processing &
Product Fulfillment. As a Tech Support provider, we offer
troubleshooting coupled with Returned Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) testing and replacement services. Our large warehouse,
at our Manning location, is the site for all Product Fulfillment
operations. The central U.S. location is ideal for the timely

division of our business is Social Media Monitoring including
User Generated Content Moderation. Our 24x7 US Call Center
operations are ideal for monitoring for user generated content

founded by two native Iowan entrepreneurs, Rick Grewell and
Sheldon Ohringer. Grewell and Ohringer, who with a combined
45+ years Information Technology & Telecom management
experience, realized a huge opportunity when they acquired
an established a 10-year-old Technical Support Outsourcing
Service provider. The two sought to continue the company's
reputation as a preferred Outsourced ISP Tech Support provider
and greatly expand the business, adding additional outsourced
services and creating new jobs. Formerly known as ECI, Caleris'
Technical Support operations were established in Iowa in 1993
to take advantage of the central time zone, the Midwestern
work ethic, and favorable economy. Today, Caleris continues
to thrive as an Outsourced Customer Support Call Center with
all services based in Iowa.
