EXPANDS TO ILLINOIS

Des Moines, Iowa. September 26, 2006. Caleris, Inc., an outsourced
support solutions provider based in Des Moines, Iowa, is pleased
to announce the opening of a sales office in Chicago, Illinois.
In a move to become the preferred Midwest provider of third-party
support solutions, Caleris has opened a new sales office in Chicagoland.
Caleris is committed to keeping high-tech jobs in the Midwest, and
this expansion into the Chicago market will further that goal.
Sheldon
S. Ohringer, CEO of Caleris, comments regarding this recent move,
"We are very excited about our focus on Chicagoland and believe
that we can offer an alternative to India, right here in the Midwest."
In
order to facilitate partnerships with the Illinois high-tech community,
Vaughn Christensen, Corporate Accounts Manager, has relocated to
the Chicago area. His primary focus will be promoting and keeping
high tech jobs in the Midwest. Caleris, as part of this move, has
recently joined the Illinois Technology Association. Caleris wholeheartedly
endorses ITA's mission to connect technology firms with others to
further the technology sector in Illinois, to promote the technology
industry in the region, and to inform the rest of the nation and
the world that Illinois is poised to be a high tech leader in the
world.
To
demonstrate Caleris' commitment to creating and maintaining jobs
in America's heartland, the company has adopted the motto "Outsource
to Iowa, not India." Clients and end-users find great satisfaction
with Caleris' world-class customer support provided by friendly
midwestern agents. Caleris currently has two centers located in
Iowa, with plans to open a third Midwest center in the next year.
Caleris currently employs nearly 100 workers throughout Iowa.
